Hello,
I have been working with Captivate 6 since its release in 2012 and have just recently received a new work laptop. We are transferring all software and files from old computer to the new.
When installing Captivate 6 onto the new computer, with the same serial number as the original install, it now installs in French and there are no other choices. How is it now that the language has changed? How can I get an English install? I have downloaded another ENGLISH trial off of Adobe.com and it is English all the way up until i punch in the serial numbers. It then changes to French.
FYI - The license we have is for two computers. I have deactivated the software on one computer in order to install on new computer.
