I'm trying desperately to insert a character.
On windows PC. Running captivate as administrator.
I went to Media > Characters.
The Assets tab is totally blank
The Downloads tab is totally blank.
Only Discover has stuff
I picked discover, navigated and found Daisy-5
Clicked Download.
Still nothing in my downloads tab.
So I went to the directly : C:\Users\Public\DOCUME~1\Adobe\ELEARN~1\Characters_11_5\Assets\Assets\Images\high
As directed in other forum notes.
I can see a file there!

I try to insert it in to captivate and it says the file is damaged.
I tried opening the .png with other viewers, no luck.
How on earth do I get the characters??!??!?!?!?!?!
I am VERY VERY frustrated.
