Hi there,
We've recently upgraded to Captivate 7 and I'm using a Mac OSx 10.6. I've created a course with several modules containing films, interactive tasks, drag and drop, etc and we need it to work on all browsers (from IE7 upwards as that is what main audience will use) and on tablet devices. I've published as HTML5 and it seems to be working fine on the recommended browsers (IE9, Safari and Chrome) but the films won't play on Firefox or earlier versions of IE.
Publishing in Flash would obviously solve this issue, but then it wouldn't work on iPads, etc.
How do others work around this problem?
Is there a way of recognising what browser is being used and then displaying that version of the course?
Thanks in advance for any help
