Preanimated slides won't work in captivate

I created a course using powerpoint that I had planned to import to captivate, however, once imported the slides would not work. These  are preanimated slides. They were already animated templates that I added more animation to once they were in powerpoint. 100% of the time the preanimation would not work but thw animation that I added through powerpoint did work. At one point capivate stated to use it as video. Tell me how to make it work
