How can I close the project naturally and re-open at the beginning if a user wants to review the course - only for users who have 'completed' it (passed the quiz). I created a course and per your recommendation, I added a slide after the Quiz Review slide to continue to and once the time runs out, the project closes. However, when the user re-opens the course, it starts off where they left off which is the end and it immediately closes. I want the bookmarks to remain for users who have NOT yet completed the course so it will start off where they left off. Is this possible?
Ideally, I would like to understand the intended workflow for reporting using Captivate. I have changed settings multiple times and still suffering from issues trying to run these courses without frustration. Is the intention that the user should re-take the quiz immeidately if they fail? I was creating the course to close following the quiz regradless of pass/fail. If passing, upon close the course is set to 'complete.' Hiowever, if the user fails, they have to re-open the course which causes problems. It closes immediately and it does not re-start at the beginning. I would think if a learner failed the quiz they should re-take the course and the quiz, but it seems like the design of Captivate is for them to immediately re-take the quiz. Is this correct?
This has been months and constant changing of settings in trying to figure this out. Please help.
Thank you,
Lisa
