I have a yellow highlight box showing in a slide that is not in timeline nor should be there

I can't figure out how to get rid of it because it is not an inserted animation or image, etc.  It is on a quiz where you enter a text answer then press tab.  The highlight box doesn't appear until you click or press the tab key and it is animated fading.

Please help.
