Bookmarking

I have the bookmarking feature enabled but it still does not work so I loaded the video (MP4) as a Multi-Slide sync Progressive Download with 60 sec of video per slide. This way it bookmarks every minute. Is there a better way to do this?

I am using using Captivate 7, SuccessFactors LMS and iConent
