Jumping to frame 20 on entering a slide

In Captivate 7:

When I click to slide 2 on the TOC, I want it to immediately jump to frame 20 in that slide.  I tried putting this advanced action on the On Enter of the frame:

I also tried:

Niether works correctly.  The first one jumps back a slide (slide 1) and plays from frame 20, and the second one jumps to the slide after it (slide 3) and goes to frame 20 on that slide.

I asked this on another post but only after a feew other questions and I was worried it got lost in translation.  I've linked to here.
