Published Captivate file but can't be shared

I published a Captivate project with swf and HTML 5 checked and output to a zip file.  I uploaded the zip file to Adobe Connect.  No problems so far.  I sent an email with the link to myself and I can't open the file...just getting a spinning wheel for hours?
