Hoping someone can come to my rescue...again.
I've run into this issue where once a project is published...the videos will no longer play. Basically I have an introduction video which would play on slide 1. I've tried to test the scope by putting a slide before it, but no affect.
What's happening more specifically is when I publish and then try to view the .swf output, The project will start, the screen will remain black, progress to the pause point of video (Captivate is set to pause project until end of video), and the video never plays. I have to press play on the playbar to continue, and upon doing so, it skips to the next slide, totally ignoring the intro video.
I've tried 3 different videos, 3 different formats (F4V, MP4, FLV), and on 2 new projects. Simply put, videos are not playing at all after publishing. They work fine within Captivate, but after a publish, the project just won't play them.
Any ideas? Thanks very much for your time and help now and in the past.
BTW I'm using Captivate 6.
