I have a Captivate 5.5 project with includes both static screens and other parts with continuous changes on screen.
The target format is mp4, and the video shall be shown both locally from disk in VLC player or other, and on YouTube.
I have set a frame rate of 30 for the dynamic part. However, the frame rate in the resulting mp4 video is only 15, and the dynamic part is not running smoothly at all.
The resulting video is 6 minutes long. Our main goal is get a high-quality video, even though file size might play a role as well.
What can I do to fix the quality problem?
Which settings would you recommend?
Are there any differences in this respect between Captivate 5.5 and the latest version of Captivate?
Any other tips (apart from deactivating virus scans and defragmenting my disk)?
